Returns & Refunds Policy
All Not In The Mood products are made to order, which means your item is printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Cancelling or changing an order
Because each item is made to order, I cannot guarantee that I can cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. If you notice an error with your order, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@notinthemood.co.uk and I’ll do my best to help before production begins.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery at hello@notinthemood.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the full item
- A photo of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged
For confirmed faults, damage, print errors or incorrect items, I will arrange a free replacement or refund. In most cases, faulty or damaged items do not need to be returned.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging where possible
Once I receive the returned item and check that it is eligible, I will process your refund within 14 days. Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required. Upgraded delivery costs are not refunded.
Items that cannot be returned
I cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed or used
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside the return window
- Personalised or customised products, unless faulty
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
