Please include your order number if your message is about an existing order. This helps us find everything faster.
Before you order
Most of our products are made to order, so please check the size guide, colour and product details carefully before placing your order.
We cannot usually cancel or change an order once it has gone into production, so it is worth double-checking before you press buy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short note explaining what has happened
We will review it and help arrange a replacement where needed.
Delivery questions
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking or delivery information where available.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods, bank holidays and seasonal peaks.
Response time
We aim to reply as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days.
We are a small business, so replies are handled by real humans - not a giant support team. Thank you for being patient with us.
